Beaver Bites: Beaver Programme Summer 2018

Distict Cam,p 2014

Welcome Back – the Summer programme is ready Check out Email update

Meeting Times: Beavers 6.30 – 7.30pm. Cubs 7.30 – 8.30pm (Unless indicated otherwise in the programme notes.)

It is essential to ensure we have the legal requirement of 1 adult to 6 children. plus one extra leader.  Parents are asked to wait and check at the beginning of each meeting to ensure sufficient Leaders and Helpers arrive.

For any outside activities we need extra adult help for the safety ratios, so it is especially welcomed if you would like to volunteer for one of these. For our outside activities, if you need help with transport or can offer a lift please let a Leader know

Cheques for Subs should be made payable to 229th Greenhill Methodist Scout Group see separate information on our Web site. The form for paying Subs by standing order is on the web site as a download under ‘Subscriptions’ to be found on the menu strip on the Home Page. Please Gift Aid your subscription by downloading the Gift Aid form and returning to a Leader or follow directions on Web site and forward to Ann Hartley.

Can you come and join our happy team of Leaders, no need to commit to every week if you decide to take out a warrant and wear our uniform, there is some training. If you become an Occasional Helper no training just commitment.

For any outside activities we need extra adult help for the safety ratios, so it is especially welcomed if you would like to volunteer for one of these. For our outside activities, if you need help with transport or can offer a lift please let a Leader know
We are always looking for new activities and guest speakers, if you or any friends and family have an interesting hobby or job etc and you are willing to give up an hour of your time, we would love to hear from you.
